How to shop online
Choose your items
Browse through our online store. We have tried to include all of the great refill products and eco swaps that we have in the shop + we are adding new products all the time!
The items are either priced per each or per unit of weight (e.g. 100g), you can see this in the item description,add the quantity that you want to your basket.
Search for products
If you can't find what you're looking for, there is a search function.
On a computer there is a magnifying glass in the top right-hand corner next to the shopping trolley.
On a mobile or tablet, you can find the search at the bottom of the pop-out menu.
Confirm your order
Once you have clicked on 'buy' we will receive your order, check the stock and confirm what's available. We will confirm the collection date and then will get packing your order for collection either the next day or for the date and time you have chosen.
Packing & filling
We will use a selection of paper bags and jars or containers from our jar library to pack your order. We may have to add a small charge for this, depending on the quantity ordered and what containers are available to reuse.
If you prefer, you can drop off your own containers in advance for us to fill.
Collect & Pay
On the day we have confirmed, come into the shop to collect your ready order. We will have it waiting, so just let us know your name, we will grab the prepared items and take payment.
If you are unable to make it on the agreed day for collection, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid items getting spoilt.
